54th Falmouth Road Race

The Willie Fund, Running for Willie Falmouth Road Race 2026The Willie Fund Returns for 2026 Falmouth Road Race.

We’re excited to announce that The Willie Fund will once again be participating in the ASICS Falmouth Road Race as an official charity team for 2026. This is the 54th year of the iconic Falmouth Road Race.

“Running for Willie” has become a core tradition for The Willie Fund. The Falmouth Road Race holds special meaning for our family and supporters, not only as a premier charity road race on Cape Cod, but also because Willie himself ran this race more than 25 years ago. Each year we return to honor his legacy, celebrate the community that makes this event so special, and raise awareness and donations that go directly to cancer research.

The ASICS Falmouth Road Race has been one of the largest fundraising events for The Willie Fund, raising over $51,000 last year. Most importantly, all funds raised by our charity team directly support head and neck cancer research at Mass Eye and Ear, helping advance research, treatment, and patient care.
